3137605 - Litmos Assign Rules: I don't know if the correct users are being identified by the rule

• How can I confirm if a Litmos Assign Rule is identifying the correct users?
• I think some users are being missed when the rule runs
• Can I run a report to cross check the users who are supposed to be identified vs the users who were identified by a Litmos Assign Rule?
