3137638 - Payment term description not displayed in billing document output - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Symptom

Payment Term description does not appear in the form when printing the billing document. However, if the form is printed in English, the Payment Term description will be displayed.

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Reproducing the Issue

  1.  Open one billing document in the "Display Billing Document" app.
  2.  Output a PDF in other languages (for example：Dutch, Italian).
  3.  Notice the Payment Term description is not visible.
  4.  But if the PDF is printed in English the Payment Term description appears in form.

Resolution

Log on to the system in corresponding languages and maintain the description for the Payment Term in the configuration activity “Maintain Terms of Payment” (ID 102934).
