3137769 - Search action does not show contingent worker tag

• contingent working auto-populating search result in people search doesn't show the contingent worker tag
• when searching for contingent worker in People Search it doesn't return the Contingent worker tag

1. search for a contingent worker in People Search
2. the suggestion result show the contingent worker but without the tag 
3. the means it is not possible to know if the return result is a contingent worker or not until you open the profile

This is because the permission "Employee Data -> Is Contingent Worker" is not granted

• As part of 2H 2021 release we have unified the Universal People Search and Global Header Search as part of Unified Global Header Search
• In order to view the contingent worker tag in the search result you need to have the permission "Employee Data -> Is Contingent Worker" with correct target population
