3137856 - Super Admin options getting enabled when form is added from - Onboarding 1.0

Symptom

Super Admin options getting enabled when form is added from front end, even though that is not the case

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Log into BizX > Onboarding 1.0
  2. Add a PDF Form in the front end: Settings > PDF Forms
  3. Enable options like Save and Print in Reference Files > Forms
  4. Add that form into a Group
  5. On clicking on edit option for that form, the options like New Employee Step > Print Form and Employee Signature, Orientation Step > Print Form, Employee Signature and Save Form were enabled
  6. On Checking the Super Admin, options Corporate Representative Prints Form and New-Hire Prints Form were enabled for that form as if it got synced from the Front end
  7. Disable the Orientation Step options and update the order in the front end for that form
  8. But in Super Admin, only the order got updated whereas those print options were still enabled

Cause

Bug

Resolution

Engineering is working on code fix and testing. With latest updates, resolution is planned for b2205 release.

As a work-around, maintain options in Super Admin, make sure to have enabled same options as in Onboarding 1.0

  1. Navigate in Super Admin
  2. Forms
  3. Click to affected form
  4. Click on Properties
  5. Check on required options
