Trying to (re)publish/delete a Custom Field fails with error pointing to the field being used externally.
Upon checking the "Where-Used" list of the Custom Field, the objects displayed are "Enhancements" (generated by the CFD framework) of the same Custom Field rather than external objects which could be using the Field.
