The performance of the Data Replication Monitor is unsatisfactory and you wish to understand why and how to improve it

Target populations for the admin roles which are accessing the DRM are too large

As stated in the DRM Guide:

Restricting access to the Data Replication Monitor through target populations can severely impact the performance of the UI. The larger the target population, the bigger the impact on the performance. Please avoid checking the option Exclude Granted User from having the permission access to him/herself, when assigning the role to a target population which includes Everyone. This would create a target population containing all employees except the logged on user.

Our recommendation is that you do not create roles that combine a permission to "Restrict Access to Data Replication Monitor to Specific Target Population" with a large target population (e.g. a target population that includes all employees which are available in the system except the logged on user via "Exclude Granted User from having the permission access to him/herself ")
