3138037 - "Enter a value for field *" (R11 401) during employee BP synchronization after note 3022160 is implemented

After the note 3022160 is implemented, there is error "Enter a value for field *" (R11 401) raised in SLG1 during the employee BP synchronization, although the relevant data is already maintained on the HR side in infotypes.

For example, there is error "Enter a value for field LASTNAME" raised in SLG1, which seems to indicate missing Last Name information from HR side. However the fact is the Last Name is already properly maintained in IT0002 (NACHN) on HR side.
