3138095 - Purchase requisitions appear in Inbox but do not exist in database

PRs generated by MRP will be deleted by MRP rerunning, new PRs will be generated.

PRs approval items still can be found in my inbox.

After the MRP run, PR’s created remain in Active (02) Release status.

When the user manually changes the PR, this results in the workflow work item being created.

So when the MRP is rerun, it may delete the older PRs and replace with new PRs. So when the old PRs are deleted, it doesn’t delete the corresponding work item. This is because, the MRP run creates / deletes PR via direct update (for Performance reasons of MRP run) to the table EBAN and due to the direct update workflow work items are left out in the deletion process.

 As a workaround please cancel these related workflows in "Flexible Workflow Administration".
