3138187 - AO workbooks cannot be executed with mandatory Microsoft sensitivity label (no variable prompt come up)

If Microsoft Information Protection (MIP) or Azure Information Protection (AIP) is enabled and sensibility label is set up for a workbook than prompts are not displayed also AO ribbons are disabled. (Tabs are visible but gray)
The issue only persist if a user try to open an AO query who is added to group, where the sensitivity label usage is mandatory.
In this case after the WB has opened a pop will appears to choose the label, after the selection AO will not load properly and the connection of the WB also disappears.
If other user open the workbook and set the sensitivity label the issue does not occurs.
This function is available from MS Office 365 version 2102 and above.
