3138434 - Duplicated user for New Hire - Onboarding 1.0

While using SAP ECC integration this is creating a second user in UDF, so there is two active users for the same candidate, a temporary and a permanent one.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0

1. Candidate(RCM) is moved to New Hire(ONB) by initiating Onboarding.
2. New Hire is given Pre-Day1 access to complete Onboarding paperwork.
3. SAP ECC program through middleware SAP CPI pulls in the New Hire data from SF and updates staging table in SAP ECC for processing and employee profile creation.
4. Permanent user is generated in SAP ECC and middleware sends new employee profile to SF-BizX as part of delta employee interface.

A temporary UDF record(New Hire) is created by SF-ONB when Line item 1 is completed.

A permanent UDF record(employee) is created in SF-BizX as part of Line Item 4.

This means that there are two active records in UDF for all New Hires that are onboarded through SF-ONB

The data sent does not have Onboarding ID column.

In this scenario Onboarding ID column must be filled out when data is sent to Success Factors. Only with this information conversion of temporary user to permanent user will occurs.

From Onboarding side this is HRDataID and in BizX this is Onboarding ID.
