Symptom

  • When creating a sales document in the following Manage * Version 2 Apps, no document types are available or a 'No data' error message is shown:
    • Manage Sales Quotations - Version 2  (F5630)
    • Manage Sales Orders - Version 2 / Process Sales Orders (F3893)
    • Manage Customer Returns - Version 2 (F4832)
    • Manage Sales Contracts - Version 2 (F5987)
    • Mange Credit Memo Request - Version 2(F1989A)
