Both resetting a candidate's password and unlocking them can be done through the Manage Password Policy page in Admin Center.

It will be required to search for the candidate in question in each area's text box, then click on the entry that represents the candidate to prompt a password reset.

For unlocking the users, the same process is required, and then click on the button "Reactivate User Account" to unlock the candidate.
