3138784 - Fiori Rapid Activation is failing with errors Service: <ServiceName>_CDS 1 failed / ICF Node : not available

Symptom

During the Fiori Rapid Activation procedure a lot of CDS views are failing at the execution of tasklist SAP_FIORI_CONTENT_ACTIVATION, in the step Activate OData Services (/IWFND/MAINT_SERVICE).

You see several similar error messages like in the examples below and only for CDS views (Service:<ServiceName>_CDS 1 failed / ICF Node: not available):
