3138888 - The BPM Inbox Fiori tile will fail to load after upgrade (FLP@EP)


Upon accessing the BPM Inbox tile your Enterprise Portal Fiori Launchpad will show an error such as "Could not open app. Please try again later". The '/sap/base/log' library returns a 404 error as per F12 Console logs such as the below:

Failed to load UI5 component with properties '{"componentData":{"startupParameters":{}},"asyncHints":{"libs":["","","","sap.ui.unified"],"waitFor":[]},"name":"cross.fnd.fiori.inbox","url":"/","async":true,"id":"application-EP-XXXXXXXXXXXX-My_Inbox-component"}'. - Error: failed to load 'cross/fnd/fiori/inbox/Component.js' from / Error: failed to load 'sap/base/Log.js' from /sapui5/resources/~XXXXXXXX~/sap/base/Log.js: 404 - Not Found
