3138927 - The BizX Daily rule processing job: WHERETOGO_SYNCJOB is failing - Onboarding

• There are days where the BizX Daily rule processing job: WHERETOGO_SYNCJOB is failing.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

• The Engineering Team is already ware of this issue and is already working on a code-fix.
• This issue occurs only when there are any Central orientation meetings configured and the where to go job picks these meetings to set the onboardees data.

PERMANENT FIX:

The Engineering Team has introduced a code-fix (OBX-21044) to prevent this from occurring again in the future and is tentatively scheduled to be deployed on 1H 2022 (b2205).

Note that this is subject to changes. This KBA will be updated should there be any changes in the release date of the fix.
