3139004 - Unable to upload supporting documents for US I9 Section 2 List B and C - Onboarding

• Add attachment missing for I-9 Section 2, List B and C

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Login to the instance
2. Go to the Onboarding Dashboard
3. Search for the affected candidates
4. View Details and Start the Compliance section 2
5. See that there is no option to upload documents for List B and C documents.

As per the confirmation from the Product Management Team, this is the system working behavior.

• List B and C attach option will not be asked during US I9 Section 2, because it is not necessary for DHS.
• If you would like to have and keep scan of documents from List B and List C, please use custom data collection.
