3139032 - Connection test of the EndPoint for Ariba is failed with HTTP/1.1 401 unauthorized

Symptom

The status of End-Point for Ariba displays a below error in 'Cloud Service Management - Configuration' in FRUN Launchpad.

OAuth logon failure (HTTP/1.1 401:{"error":"unauthorized","description":"unauthorized request"})

However, accessing it with OAuth via browser or another tool, it worked fine.
