3139034 - Nameserver got crashed at TRexUtils::SplitDatabaseIdAndVolumeId

When performing data backup, it shows the following error. 

Could not start backup for system xxx: [447]: backup could not be completed: [110006] 5521, nameserver communication timeout;

If we see the nameserver, it got crashed with the following crash stack.
