3139072 - Account Login Setting: "Force launching of SAP Litmos mobile app on login" with/without SSO/Single Sign On

Symptom

  • Users can't login directly via the mobile app with "Force launch of mobile app" enabled
  • Users get error message 'Invalid login credentials' when trying to login directly via the mobile app with "Force launch of mobile app" enabled
  • Learners have to log in via Litmos mobile browser in order to log into the SAP Litmos mobile app
  • At the Account settings, Profile page, we have enabled the Login setting of: "Force launching of SAP Litmos mobile app on login" and we can't log in directly via the mobile app
