3139492 - SFTP Connection failed for Canvas Report

When trying to schedule a report Canvas via SFTP Test Connection Fails

• SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite
• Canvas Report
• Report Center

1. Login to instance
2. Proceed to Report Center
3. Create new schedule for Canvas report with destination SFTP
4. Input SFTP Credentials
5. Test for connection
6. Connection Fails

SFTP Configuration within Canvas Admin is missing

1. Go to any Canvas report or go to View Schedules > Legacy Report Distributor
2. Click the Admin link at the top right
3. Click on "SFTP Configuration"
4. Input proper SFTP Credentials
5. Save
6. Go back to Report Center schedules and try to set up the schedule again.  Connection should be successful now
