3139645 - Reducing the percentage of contributions to the Unemployment Insurance "SANED"

Symptom

The General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI) announced the approval of amending the contribution rates in the unemployment insurance "SANED", whereby it was approved to reduce the contribution rates to one and a half percent (1.5%) of the wage subject to contributions instead of two percent (2%). This rate shall be borne equally by both the beneficiary and the employer as of 01/01/2022.
The rates of bearing the new contributions will be (0.75%) on the beneficiary and (0.75%) on the employer, instead of (1%) on the beneficiary and (1%) on the employer, and the collection mechanism will continue as preceded.
