SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite
Reproducing the Issue
Enable the option Company System and Logo Settings > Show inactive user in people search (requires Role-based Permissions)
Search for an inactive user in the Global search bar
Unable to find any inactive or future hires
Cause
The search for inactive users now also requires RBP
Resolution
Along with the option Company System and Logo Settings > Show inactive user in people search (requires Role-based Permissions)
The permission Manage Recruits or Manage Hires > Include Inactive Employees in the search is also required
