3139819 - HTTP 404 missing page in some CMC actions after upgrade to BI 4.3 SP2

• HTTP 404 missing page observed in the following places in Central Management Console (CMC) after upgrade to BI 4.3 SP02
  CMC -> Servers -> <SERVER> -> Properties
  CMC -> Help -> About
  CMC -> Applications -> Authentication -> Any authentication
  
  Note: This is not an exclusive list of scenarios where 404 may occur, and scenarios will be added to this KBA as they are found

• There may be issues in enabling / disabling servers, for instance after applying a license key
