3139845 - Candidate Type Criteria Missing in Candidate Search - Recruiting Management

Candidate Type criteria is not showing in Candidate Search page.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Go to Recruiting > Candidates tab
2. At the search criteria, notice the Candidate Type option is missing

This will occur because the Candidate Search has been limited only to External Candidate accounts, hence it would be expected that the Candidate Type (Internal or External) will not be required. This restriction is defined in Set up Internal Candidate Search page.

To have the Candidate Type criteria displayed, the Candidate Search cannot be limited to External Candidates only.

To remove the Candidate Search restriction, please refer below:

1. Admin Center
2. Set up Internal Candidate Search
3. Uncheck the option "Disable searching of internal candidates"

NOTE: By unchecking this option, Recruiting User will once again be able to search for Internal Candidates.
