3139849 - EPM context bar, context pane and member selector does not show members within the EPM Add-in when using MS Office 365.

Symptom

After Office 365 has been upgraded to latest version, a display issue occurs that the content under tabs like User Option, Open Report, Context Bar, buttons in the Submit Data dialog or Context Member Selector becomes blank or missing.

The behavior of labels, the Context Pane and menus appearing blank or grayed out may also occur due to the preferences set within MS Excel for some versions.
