You wish to understand if closed tickets are available to display in the Ask HR application

Are closed tickets are hidden by default. The following message will be displayed in the application (All "Closed" tickets are hidden. View them by enabling the filter or by using the search option):



To enable, make sure to go to Settings and activate all Statuses:


Please note, closed tickets are not meant to be deleted. This is expected behavior.
