3139984 - Email Layout in CSB not saving - Recruiting Marketing

I'm trying to configure a new HTML code in the HTML component in the email layout in Career Site Builder, but it's not saved, and no error is displayed.

• SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Marketing
• Career Site Builder

1.  Manage Career Site Builder > Layouts > Email
2.  Add a new email layout or edit an existing one
3.  Go to Email Layout tab and open HTML component
4.  Copy HTML code in Details and click Save ⇾ code is not saved and no error is displayed

The problem may be with an unencoded character(s) in the HTML.

RMK CSB is very touchy about it, so the character(s) either need to be properly encoded or replaced.

Please be careful when using extended characters in CSB and always make sure they are properly HTML-encoded.
