3140089 - Approver Party ABC is Added Each Time Sales Order is Simulated

You noticed that each time you simulate a sales order, an entry of approver party ABC is added to involved parties view (where ABC is an approver party maintained in Business Configuration Fine-Tuning Activity "Party Role Definition").

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Go to the Sales work center.
2. Open the Sales Orders view.
3. Open the Sales Order DEF (where DEF is the ID of a Sales Order).
4. Go to the Actions button and select the Simulate option.
5. Go to the Involved Parties view.
6. You notice an entry of approver party ABC added to involved parties view (where ABC is an approver party maintained in Business Configuration Fine-Tuning Activity "Party Role Definition"). 
7. Save the Sales Order.
8. Go to the Actions button and select the Simulate option again.

You notice that each time you simulate order a new entry ABC is added to the Involved Parties view.

Approver Party ABC is not flagged as 'Unique' in Business Configuration Fine-tuning activity 'Sales Orders' -> Maintain Involved Parties hyperlink.

You should flag the 'Unique' column for Approver Party ABC in Business Configuration Fine-tuning activity 'Sales Orders' -> Maintain Involved Parties hyperlink.

1. Go to the Business Configuration work center.
2. Open the Implementation Projects view.
3. Select your current Implementation Project and click in the Open Activity List button.
4. Search for fine-tuning activity 'Sales  Orders'.
5. Open the 'Maintain Involved Parties' hyperlink.
6. Select ABC party and flag the 'Unique' column.
7. Save your project.
