Symptom
You noticed that each time you simulate a sales order, an entry of approver party ABC is added to involved parties view (where ABC is an approver party maintained in Business Configuration Fine-Tuning Activity "Party Role Definition").
Environment

Reproducing the Issue
- Go to the Sales work center.
- Open the Sales Orders view.
- Open the Sales Order DEF (where DEF is the ID of a Sales Order).
- Go to the Actions button and select the Simulate option.
- Go to the Involved Parties view.
- You notice an entry of approver party ABC added to involved parties view (where ABC is an approver party maintained in Business Configuration Fine-Tuning Activity "Party Role Definition").
- Save the Sales Order.
- Go to the Actions button and select the Simulate option again.
You notice that each time you simulate order a new entry ABC is added to the Involved Parties view.
Cause
Approver Party ABC is not flagged as 'Unique' in Business Configuration Fine-tuning activity 'Sales Orders' -> Maintain Involved Parties hyperlink.
Resolution
You should flag the 'Unique' column for Approver Party ABC in Business Configuration Fine-tuning activity 'Sales Orders' -> Maintain Involved Parties hyperlink.
- Go to the Business Configuration work center.
- Open the Implementation Projects view.
- Select your current Implementation Project and click in the Open Activity List button.
- Search for fine-tuning activity 'Sales Orders'.
- Open the 'Maintain Involved Parties' hyperlink.
- Select ABC party and flag the 'Unique' column.
- Save your project.
