3140163 - Available amount is not updated after preposting a Budget document in FMBB

You use Budget Control System (BCS) with Active Availability Control (AVC)
You do not use any filter for Consumable Budget regarding Workflow status of Budget Documents. This means preposted and posted budget documents are relevant for AVC
You prepost a Budget Entry Document for an Expenditure commitment item, however you do not see the amount updated in the AVC reporting (such as transaction FMAVCR01)
