Symptom

When sending the S-1200 event to eSocial, an error is returned due to the start date of the events for the new company:
Lotação 'XYZ' não existe no cadastro do empregador para o período '2021-05'.
Ação Sugerida: O valor informado no campo Código de Lotação deverá existir na Tabela de Lotações Tributárias, informada pelo empregador.
