3140267 - Product synchronization creates new PKs of the existing products

Symptom

After updating product in stage catalog version and running catalog synchronization, new record for Product gets created for online version.

New Variant Product is created in Online Catalog Version and old Variant Product gets deleted during synchronization process.

Accessing Existing carts or Order history with old online products result with errors

There will be entries in logs saying:

ERROR [ajp-nio-0.0.0.0-8010-exec-9] [10.18.134.14] -[UiEngineImpl] INFO | jvm 1 | main | java.lang.NullPointerException: Cannot invoke "de.hybris.platform.core.model.product.ProductModel.getName()" because the return value of "de.hybris.platform.core.model.order.AbstractOrderEntryModel.getProduct()" is null

Or

Caused by: de.hybris.platform.jalo.JaloObjectNoLongerValidException: item <pk> no longer valid (was removed): object no longer valid
