Symptom

The following error "Service cannot be reached" occurred while trying to configure monitoring from the Job Documentation workcenter

  • What has happened?
    URL call was terminated because the corresponding services is not available.
  • Note : The termination occurred in system with error code 403 and for the reason Forbidden.
