3140287 - Unknown Parameter issue while using Azure Open Connectors!

• Using the POST method and files resource in an Iflow to create a file to Azure Blob using Open Connectors adapter, fails with an error 
• You will find in the Message Processing Log an error message containing text that is similar to:
