Uploading hierarchy assignments for MDG-F entity types via File Upload, which contains some entries already assigned in the hierarchy.
Instead of reassigning those entries in the hierarchy by the upload, duplicated hierarchy assignments will be created.
This can later also lead to validation messages like USMDZ3266, USMDZ3269, USMDZ3277, USMDZ3328.
