3140584 - Unable to Reassign to Package from Register Extensions for Transport application

• Below error occurs in Fiori Launchpad UI when attempting to assign to the package from Register Extensions for Transport application
  
  Item ZZZ_TEST of type CFDF could not be added anew. Object set cannot be edited consistently. The object CFDF ZZZ_TEST could not be found in source package TEST_ZZ
  
  
• Console shows below error when attempting to reassign package from Register Extensions for Transport application
