3140600 - Division, Department or Location value missing from Detailed Requisition Reporting Privileges

We have added a new value to the Division, Department or Location object field and selected it on a Job Requisition. However the value still does not appear in the Division, Department or Location fields in Detailed Requisition Reporting Privileges.

One possible cause is that the wrong Division, Department or Location fields is selected in "Recruiting Security Field Setup" in provisioning, if both the enum and object version of those fields have been defined on an XML template.

"Recruiting Security Field Setup" decides what fields appear in "Detailed Requisition Reporting Privileges". If both the enum and object standard fields have been defined for the Division, Department and Location field then you will see two versions for these fields in Recruiting Security Field Setup, one for the enum and one for the object field.

So for example, in the screenshot above if you have selected a value in the Division, Department or Location field on a job requisition and do not see it in "Detailed Requisition Reporting Privileges", that means the wrong Division, Department or Location field has been selected in "Recruiting Security Field Setup". Please contact your partner and ask them to unselect the current field in "Recruiting Security Field Setup" and select the other one instead.
