3140701 - How SAP detects a Business Down Situation in SAP Commerce Cloud

Customers are not clear which situations are covered by SAP as part of the monitoring of SAP Commerce Cloud Production environments. As there is a shared responsibility between customers and SAP, it is often not clear if the detection is in SAPs responsibility or in customers responsibility. 

SAP continuously improves the detection of business downs or situations that impact customers' business. This means the list is changing due to the situations learned from the events that had impact to our customers' business.
