3140814 - How to import multiple Skills ratings via one zip file

The purpose of this KBA is explain how to import multiple Skills ratings files thought one zip file.

SAP SuccessFactors Job Profile Builder

To import multiple Skills ratings.csv files though one zip file, follow the steps below:

1. Go to Admin Center > Import and Export Data;
2. Export data or Download Template > "Skill Profile-Rated Skills";
3. Set the ratings values for the users;
4. Set the sequence of the files that are being imported on the "import_sequence.csv" file;
5. If you change the "Skill Profile-Rated Skills.csv" file name, you need to change it also in the "import.properties" on field "rootFileName";
6. Compact the files to a .zip file and import through Import and Export Data.
