From "Manage automatic payments", you want to export generated payment files to a SFTP folder or external system location automatically before sending it to bank.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud

In the cloud environment, it is not possible to store the payment file into you local sever or a specific folder in your laptop automatically in a secure way. Because the access interface to the SAP data is via the browser.

In standard, currently there are three ways to communicate with bank.

1. Bank Integration with File Interface (Scope Item 1EG).
2. Application Interface to Retrieve Payment Files (Scope Item 2YM).
3. SAP Multi-Bank Connectivity (Scope Item 16R).
