3141166 - Mismatch between Saved Search and Talent Pool

Symptom

There is a mismatch between the member count of a Saved Search and it's corresponding Talent Pool.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Recruiting>Candidates
  2. Click on "Saved Search List"
  3. From the "Select" Drop Down list under "Actions" for any Talent Pool, click 'Search'
  4. A pop-up box will appear saying how many members are in that Search:
  5. Click on Accept to see the full list
  6. Click on Talent Pools from this page
  7. Click on Talent Pool associated to this Saved Search
  8. See that there is not the same number of members as in the Saved Search

Resolution

To resolve the issue, please create a support incident and request the Candidate reindex to be performed for the instance. You may refer to KBA 2230010 on exactly how to request this.
