Symptom
There is a mismatch between the member count of a Saved Search and it's corresponding Talent Pool.
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management
Reproducing the Issue
- Go to Recruiting>Candidates
- Click on "Saved Search List"
- From the "Select" Drop Down list under "Actions" for any Talent Pool, click 'Search'
- A pop-up box will appear saying how many members are in that Search:
- Click on Accept to see the full list
- Click on Talent Pools from this page
- Click on Talent Pool associated to this Saved Search
- See that there is not the same number of members as in the Saved Search
Resolution
To resolve the issue, please create a support incident and request the Candidate reindex to be performed for the instance. You may refer to KBA 2230010 on exactly how to request this.
