In the new home page tile, "Complete your e-Signature" is currently showing even if this is not configured in the environment or included for the Onboarding Process

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Log in as the Onboardee

2. Click on Provide you details to get onboarded

3. You will see Complete your e-Signature showing

This is currently an Expected Behavior

As you can see on the comment "Not available until other tasks are completed or not applicable".

So if in your onboarding process flow that the E-Signature is currently not configured or included, it falls down to not applicable.

If you want this to be enhanced, we would suggest that you create an Enhancement Request so that Product Management team can review your request.

Please validate that this enhancement request is still important to you, and if so, submit your enhancement request in the Customer Community at http://community.successfactors.com/. You can do this by choosing the relevant Product area, and submitting the Idea under the “Participate” section where ideas are accepted.  This area allows you and other users to give “kudos” to each other’s ideas, post comments, and often hear from the product team directly.
