Symptom

  • /SALM/BATCH_IMPORT_TRIGGER not working to import transports
  • Triggering import via Charm task list works
  • TMS Function: TMS_CFG_READ_CONFIGURATION Error: READ_CONFIG_FAILED
  • TMS Alert Viewer reporting same error as batch import application log
  • TMS Alert Viewer messages:
    • TMS Function: TMS_TP_IMPORT Error: USER_ACCESS_DENIED
      TP Log output messages: User SMTMSOP has no authorization for tp command IMPORT
  • Application log (SLG1) shows errors like :
    • TMS Function: TMS_TP_IMPORT Error: RFC_SYSTEM_FAILURE
      TMS communication error with destination TMSSUP@<SID>.DOMAIN_<SID>
