3141268 - Start and End Date fields' visibility in Overall elements

After setting "start-date" and "end-date" fields' visibility to "view" in Manage Business Configuration (BCUI), they are still editable in the Profile.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Profile

1. Navigate to "Manage Business Configuration";
2. Expand "Employee Profile" section;
3. Expand "Background Elements" section;
4. Select any Overall element, such as "sysOverallPerformance";
5. Find "start-date" and "end-date" fields;
6. Click "Details";
7. Set their visibility to "View";
8. Hit "Done" and "Save";
9. Go to People Profile;
10. Edit the Trend Block configured with "sysOverallPerformance" element;
11. See tha both fields are editable.

This is expected behavior as the start and end date for Trend blocks must be editable in order to receive ratings coming from forms.
