3141286 - OAuth for HTTP receiver adapter with additional parameters needs to configured with two step iflow method

Symptom

There is an OAuth outbound requirement where apart from the client id and client secret there are additional parameters like resource which needs to be passed to the receiver system to retrieve OAuth token. These are not supported in the current OAuth configuration in the Keystore.  It has to be done using two flow step method.
