3141297 - Model cannot be displayed for user with non-Admin role, Sorry, we can't find this file error in SAP Analytics Cloud

• Users with non Admin roles and required share rights on the model can no longer open the affected models in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
• The same users were able to open the models previously.
• The following error occurs:
  
  • File not found
  • Sorry, we can’t find this file.
    The file you're looking for doesn't exist, or you don't have permission to view it.

Issue suddenly occurs for some models for users with non Admin roles.

The same user may be able to open other models successfully with the same share rights.

If an Admin user makes a copy of the affected model and assigns the same share rights to the users they will be able to see the copy of the model.

Issue occurs if the end user does not have view rights on one or more objects associated with the model.

For example, if a user creates a story based on the model and saves it in their private folder.

This issue is resolved in version 2022.02.2

As a workaround try to identify which story, analytic application or other object is not shared with the end users and either share it or delete it from the model.
