3141447 - Job scheduling conditions in the 'Schedule Order Technical Completion Run' app

Symptom

A "Technically Complete Production/Process Orders -30 Days" job has been scheduled to TECO those orders which have been confirmed 30 days ago.

Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental.

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition (All Versions)

Cause

The app Schedule Order Technical Completion Run is intended to schedule a job that runs on a regular, for example daily basis.

Therefore, the pre-selected "Relative Basic Finish Date: -30" is an absolute date on the selection screen.

Relative_Basic_Finish_Date

If the report runs, it takes orders into account with a basic finish date exactly 30 days in the past. It does not consider orders within an interval of dates in this case.

Resolution

There is a possibility to change the conditions, such as enter an interval.

In this case, during job execution the system calculates the absolute dates which are between this interval in the past, from today's date.
