Symptom

  • ADS is configured correctly 
  • specific pdf generation gives error 
  • the layout of the relevant pdf generation has fragments

The error:

com.adobe.ProcessingException: com.adobe.ProcessingException: com.adobe.ads.exception.TransientException: A problem was encountered with the results: Exception: IDL:com/adobe/document/xmlform/RenderException:1.0
Reason: 12591 : No pages were created. Unable to save a PDF file.
