You need access to Provisioning to work with XML templates.

As a customer, you don't have access to Provisioning. To complete tasks in Provisioning, contact your implementation partner. If you're no longer working with an implementation partner, contact Product Support.

The Standard Field ID candidateName is defined in the Job Application Template and the Candidate Profile Template.

• Set the Type attribute to type="text"
• Set the Public attribute to public="false"

Candidates cannot view or edit the candidateName field, regardless of permissions if the field is marked public="false". You should instead use standard fields firstName, middleName and lastName to capture the candidate's name and set these fields to public="true" 

If you wish to use [[CANDIDATE_FULL_NAME]] token, the 'candidateName' standard field must be configured in the Candidate Profile Template and Job Application XML template.

The 'candidateName' standard field automatically concatenates name information from the standard fields 'firstName', middleName and 'lastName' to be used for the Token [[CANDIDATE_FULL_NAME]]. If not configured, the candidate name token doesn’t populate with data.
