3141574 - SDCCN:Tasks connecting to SAP backbone are failing -> Error: System Failure with destination NONE

Symptom

A task connecting to SAP Backbone like the Maintenance Package or the Service Definition Refresh is running in a loop.
The tasklog is indicating an error like:

"Error: System Failure with destination NONE"

Also a related dump can be found in transaction ST22:
