3141944 - Attachment-ID field displays in Workflow for contingent worker when disabled in jobInfo_contingent_worker

Disable 'attachment-id' in Manage business configuration->JobInfo_contingentworker. When a workflow for contingent worker is triggered, the attachment-ID field appears to approver when approving a workflow.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

1) Go to Manage Business Configuration

2) Create a person type for Job Information portlet- JobInfo_contingent worker

3) Disable 'attachment-id' field as displayed above.

4) Create a workflow approval for contingent worker Job Information. Attachment option will not be available.

5) Submit the workflow.

6) Approver tries to approve the workflow from "View my pending request"

7) 'Attachment' option is available in workflow approval screen to the approver, while approving the workflow.

'Attachment-id' field settings in Person type - 'jobInfo_contingent worker' will not respect in workflow if 'attachment-id' is enabled in 'jobinfo' HRIS section in Manage business configuration. 

Workaround-:

Disable the field 'attachment-id' from 'jobInfo' HRIS Section and person type- 'JobInfo_contingent' worker both from Manage Business configuration.
